Job summary

SEGi University & Colleges seeks a Senior Veterinarian to lead a veterinary team, oversee clinical workflows, and set medical standards. The role includes diagnosing and treating cases, mentoring staff, and ensuring top-quality patient care and client service.

You will supervise the Head Nurse and Client Services Manager, promote disease prevention, and uphold sanitation across the facility while engaging with clients and the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine/Surgery from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license.
• 7+ years of experience in veterinary practice with a surgery background.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical expertise, diagnose and treat cases, and oversee junior veterinarians and staff.
• Lead, train, and mentor veterinary teams; supervise Head Nurse and Client Services Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical workflows and ensure compliance with clinical governance.
• Promote pet wellbeing, implement disease prevention programs, and maintain high care standards.
