Job summary

GotymeX, the UX writing hub within Tyme Group, seeks a mid-level UX Writer to shape copy across products and set scaling standards. You’ll think in patterns, reuse, and system-level copy, using AI as a partner rather than a text generator.

The role spans design, engineering, QA, and legal with strong cross-country collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in digital UX writing, a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, and comfort building content systems and standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience writing for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Write customer-facing copy for products with clarity and consistency at the journey level.
• Contribute to and evolve content standards, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Use AI tooling to identify inconsistencies, draft variants for testing, and inform content decisions.
• Review product messaging before going live to maintain quality across markets.
• Review user data to understand customer behaviour and adapt messaging and measure impact.
• Coordinate with the UX Writing hub to ensure consistency, localisation, and accessibility.
• Present and defend content decisions cross-functionally with partners outside design.
