• Fundamentals of coverage, terms and conditions.
• Risk assessment and loss quantification.
• Understanding of insurance financial fundamentals.
• Actuarial fundamentals and ratemaking.
• Marketing and communications for profitability.
• Systems and software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Select, analyse, and underwrite risks using pricing and reinsurance techniques.
• Negotiate facultative reinsurance on applicable accounts.
• Manage a renewable book with strategic underwriting guidance on rates, terms, and deductibles.
• Monitor book performance and recommend corrective actions for retention of desirable accounts.
• Provide input on projects to support profitable growth in a changing market.
• Participate in audits and underwriting meetings as required.
