Job summary

Air Liquide Maritime Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Mechanical Packaging & Detailed Design Engineer to lead the design, integration and packaging of turbo expander skid packages for offshore and maritime projects. You will develop complete skid layouts, perform structural analyses, and prepare BOMs and technical specs for modular skid assemblies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 13+ years' experience in high-speed rotating equipment design.
• Proven track record delivering modular skid packages from concept to fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of API 617, API 614, ASME B31.3, and ASME VIII.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete skid layouts for turbo expanders, including piping and lubrication systems.
• Lead design reviews and FAT/QA activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate across process, instrumentation, electrical disciplines.
