DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure load plans, arrange truck bookings, and manage daily movement of goods across DCs such as MYDIN CDC, GIANT and TESCO. You will collaborate with drivers and transporters to meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include updating the daily movement board, managing load manifests and pallet transfers, and ensuring timely deliveries while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 2 years of related experience in transport management or warehousing.
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to use IT systems.
• Analytical mindset with planning and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare load plans upon order details and ensure window bookings one day in advance.
• Update TMS daily with trips, re-delivery, waiting charges and cancellations.
• Ensure 100% truck availability and coordinate with drivers and transporters.
• Maintain load manifests, pallet transfer notes and CHEP pallet documentation.
• Monitor pallet status and report delays or transport failures.
