Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Trade Finance professional to process and manage day-to-day trade finance transactions, including LCs, import/export financing, and guarantees. You will ensure compliance with policies and SLAs while delivering advisory support to customers.

The role requires a degree and at least four years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve (where authorized) relevant trade finance transactions per operating procedures.
• Ensure shipping documents handling and trade financing comply with guidelines and SLAs.
• Maintain AML/CFT compliance in daily operations.
• Attend to queries from internal & external customers.
• Acquire knowledge and provide advisory support to customers when required.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/Management.
