Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Tooling and Primary Process Engineering Manager to lead tooling design, molding, and process development for our manufacturing operations. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure designs meet production goals, and drive integration with product development, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and continuous improvement with a focus on cost efficiency, standardization, and reliable tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• 7+ years of tooling engineering experience with proven leadership in tooling projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product development, manufacturing, maintenance and quality.
• Technical proficiency in mold tooling design and related machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a tooling engineering team with clear goals and priorities.
• Oversee design and development of tooling solutions to support manufacturing processes (injection molding, casting).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling designs meet project requirements and production goals.
• Manage tooling projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices in tooling design, development, and validation.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address process issues.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and manage tooling project budgets.
