Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Operator for a 360-day contract at Senai, Johor. The role involves leading testing and inspection activities, coordinating operators, and ensuring quality across processes.

You will manage man-days, samples, equipment maintenance, safety and data reporting, with day and night fixed shifts. The package includes basic salary RM2100 plus night/travel/meal allowances and statutory protections.

Responsibilities

• Testing and inspection coordination for procedures and results.
• Operator training using SOPs and buddy systems.
• Man-days recording and project time distribution.
• Sample and consumable management and PPE tracking.
• Equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
• Safety and compliance monitoring during high-risk operations.
• Data management and reporting to technical teams.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required by clients.
