Job summary

Sandisk in Malaysia seeks a Senior Equipment Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance Engineer to lead test handler performance, reliability, and sustainability standards. You will deploy fingerprinting, setup lines, investigate quality incidents, and drive CAPA while collaborating with the Equipment Engineering team to ensure equipment reliability and ramp support.

You will own preventive maintenance quality, manage spare parts strategy, document procedures, and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or similar field.
5+ years in test/equipment engineering in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of electrical/analogue/digital electronics and instrumentation.
Experience with root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead test handler ownership, defining performance, reliability, and sustainability standards.
Accelerate machine fingerprinting deployment and Golden Line setup for quality risks.
Drive root cause investigations and CAPA to prevent quality escapes.
Oversee preventive maintenance quality and spare parts strategy.
Mentor test equipment engineers and technicians.
