Job summary

Sandisk seeks a Master Equipment Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing line in Malaysia. You will maintain SMT equipment and ensure continuous production uptime.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 5 years in semiconductor maintenance, with hands-on experience on SMT machines and preventive maintenance tasks. You will work in shift patterns and train operators to raise skill levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing and SMT maintenance.
• Experience with SMT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift support for continuous production line and ensure equipment performance.
• Report online machine status and issues to EE Leader and Engineer.
• Perform line conversion and complete FAI.
• Train operators on machine operation and improve skills.
• Manage spare parts, replacement and recordkeeping.
