We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Equipment Maintenance/Testing Technician to join our team and help optimize tester operation, perform DV checks, and drive automation to improve setup efficiency and yield. The role emphasizes Safety, ESD, Cleanroom standards and ISO compliance, supporting test yield improvements and continual process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or relevant.
• At least 1 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience.
• With good computer literacy and communication skills.
• Experience in tester configuration, troubleshooting and verification.

Responsibilities

• Minimize tester downtime and ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Perform periodic Design Verification (DV) of testers.
• Improve test setup ergonomics and operating efficiency through simplification, integration, and automation.
• Support test yield and testability improvement projects across products.
• Reduce tester over-rejection and improve tester performance.
• Monitor tester performance using SPC.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping requirements.
• Apply Risk-Based Thinking in task planning and execution.
• Authorized to stop any tester with quality or safety concerns.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company rules, regulations, and applicable codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
