Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python.
• Proficiency with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX/FLEX.
• Deep understanding of ATE test methodologies including digital, mixed-signal, and parametric testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and debugging of test programs for validation.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and optimization opportunities.
• Own test hardware setup, maintenance, and ATE troubleshooting.
• Document procedures and produce reports on coverage and correlation.
• Drive time reduction while preserving quality and reliability.
