Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced semiconductor test engineer to develop and test solutions for GaN and silicon device families in Penang. You will lead hardware design reviews, create test hardware, and support NPI, sustaining, and platform improvements across multiple ATE systems.

Strong collaboration with design, reliability, and operations teams is essential. The role requires hands-on testing expertise, proficiency in C++/VBA, and experience with high voltage testing and ATE

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in EE or related field.
• Hands-on wafer sort and final test experience.
• Strong programming background in C++ or VBA.
• Experience with ATE instrumentation.
• Knowledge of high-voltage and analog testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective test solutions for GaN and Silicon devices.
• Lead hardware design reviews and acceptance of test interface hardware.
• Support NPI through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
• Provide sustaining support for production test platforms.
• Collaborate with design, product, reliability and operations teams.
