r2p Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation for NetSpire PIS/PA systems. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to enable fast, reliable releases and robust test coverage.

You bring 5+ years in QA, 3+ in automation, strong scripting and tool experience, and a collaborative mindset. This role offers growth in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment within a company focused on public transport

Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in test automation.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Proficiency with test management tools such as Zephyr and Xray.
Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#; scripting with PowerShell or Bash.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage from requirements.
Lead automation strategies across multiple projects.
Identify test cases to automate based on risk and ROI.
Perform API, UI, integration, and performance testing with modern tools.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
Analyze failures and assist in debugging.
Mentor junior QA engineers in automation practices.
