Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in related discipline.
More than 9 years of experience as a System Analyst in enterprise data warehouse or regulatory reporting environments.
Strong experience supporting GDW and Data Marts.
Hands-on experience with Cloudera Hadoop Distribution (6.x), Teradata IntelliFlex, AS400, Informatica Data Integration Suite (BDM, IDQ, IDL), Microsoft BI, Qlik Sense, SAS, Microsoft R, Experian PowerCurve.
Strong database knowledge in AS400 DB2, Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Proficiency with AS400, Teradata (TD Studio, IFX, MDM, FSLDM/GCFR, ViewPoint), Oracle SQL Developer, Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka, Cloudera DS Workbench, JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, QuerySurge, Power BI, BO, PuTTY, Aldon, and Control-M.
Strong SQL, data analysis, and data modelling skills.
Experience in banking/financial services or regulatory reporting environments.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Informatica Administration (P4 - Expert).
Nice-to-have: knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks, data governance, metadata management, data lineage; experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps; cloud data platforms; large-scale ETL optimization.

Responsibilities

Analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements for FRR projects.
Support the design, enhancement, and maintenance of the Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Marts.
Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Perform data analysis, mapping, impact and gap analysis for regulatory reporting.
Coordinate system integration, UAT, and production implementation activities.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise data platforms.
Investigate and resolve production incidents with root-cause analysis.
Prepare functional specs, technical data flow documentation.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
Participate in release planning, change management, and continuous improvement.
