Job summary

COHERENT is seeking a Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering to join our tester maintenance team in Penang. You will support sustaining testers, drive equipment readiness and contribute to production efficiency.

Working in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment, you will troubleshoot issues, monitor test processes and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards while supporting shift overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in tester sustaining, equipment maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift/overtime when required.
