The Senior Technician will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor systems, participate in new machine installations, and support cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic assembly machines, set up and adjust equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, sensor, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential problems.
• Maintain records of maintenance and breakdowns.
• Support production to achieve quality, output and machine efficiency.
• Assist with new machine installation, commissioning, and process improvement.
• Train and guide machine operators and junior technicians.
• Work with Production, QC and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Cooperate with teams to ensure smooth operation.

• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, sensor, pneumatic, and mechanical problems.
• Support production to achieve required quality, output, and machine efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential machine problems.
• Work closely with Production, QC, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Assist with new machine installation, commissioning, and process improvement.
• Train and guide machine operators and junior technicians.
• Maintain proper records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, and improvements.
