Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the AMEA, ANZ and LACR MSS teams to plan and coordinate upgrades of software and hardware releases. You will lead cross-functional delivery, align stakeholders, and translate complex technical details into actionable plans across the region.
The role requires 4–7 years of project management in telecom or IT, with strong knowledge of LMR/Wireless systems, networking, and modern PM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields.
- 4–7 years of proven technical project management experience in telecom networks, systems integration, complex software deployments, or IT managed services.
- Strong background in LMR / Wireless Systems (TETRA, APX, P25) and IT terminology.
Responsibilities
- Governance & lifecycle management across stakeholders and teams.
- Maintain oversight of baselines, scopes, dependencies, schedules, budgets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Technical Leads, System Engineers and Field Service Managers to resolve bottlenecks.
- Identify and mitigate technical and deployment risks; drive continuous improvement.
