Job summary

You will oversee project delivery, scope, and stakeholder communications across internal and external customers, ensuring targets are met on time and within budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technology, at least 10 years in related fields, and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technology.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant industries and technologies.
• 10+ years in research and development, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin speaker prioritized for Taiwan and China markets.

Responsibilities

• Meet project commitments and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Define and structure projects to achieve targets in delivery time, quality, cost and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Resolve conflicts between projects or functional areas.
• Develop methods to monitor project progress.
• Provide corrective supervision when necessary.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your superior.
