Job summary

In this hands-on role, you will supervise engineers, review submissions from consultants, manage RFIs, and assist with ITPs and documentation control. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 5–6 years of experience; bridge/railway design experience in consultancy is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented, energetic and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Manager in coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring design submissions, technical documentation, and site queries are properly managed.
• Supervise Technical Engineers in daily tasks and assist with site technical queries and design submission.
• Coordinate and review design submissions from consultants, subcontractors, and alternative design proposals.
• Manage RFIs and resolve technical queries from site and consultants.
• Submit design deliverables for approval and prepare technical method statements.
• Assist in project-related technical documentation and correspondence.
