Job summary

GoKardz Technologies is seeking an Executive / Senior Technical Analyst to manage the delivery and support of the Enterprise General Ledger Application, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable and/or Account Payable modules.

The ideal candidate will lead projects independently, monitor processes, and assist the Finance Department to ensure timely report deliveries. A degree in Computer Science and proficiency in Oracle SQL developer are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Account Receivables and/or Payables (Release 12.2 and above).
• Experience with Oracle SQL developer.
• Experience ranging from < 3 years to >10 years.

Job Purpose

Manage the delivery, operation and support of the Enterprise General Ledger (EGL) Application – specifically Accounts Receivable and/or Account Payable modules. Willing to learn, understand and adapt to the business operations and provide value added support to the Finance Department users as well as overseas units. Able to lead Finance system project(s) independently. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all processes within the Accounts Receivable and/or Account Payable modules are processed without delays, assisting to resolve issues and following up to resolution. Assist the team in supporting other modules within EGL, such as Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and the Financial Accounting Hub, inclusive of the batch monitoring, when needed. Scope of work includes working closely with business users on requests, development, deliverables, screen personalization, testing, and support user during SIT and UAT in order to ensure their timely receipt of reports for Finance users (both local and regional).

Key Accountabilities & Outcomes

• Project Delivery: Deliver system to Production as scheduled – assigned and cross supported. 5% of working days ahead of targeted Implementation date. Outcome: Successfully delivered to Production as scheduled – assigned and cross supported. Meet Target Implementation date. Challenges: Estimating timelines, understanding user requirements from a business perspective, document management, scope of testing, ensuring all scenarios are fully covered during testing.
• Enhancement/Requests/Support & Maintenance: Deliver system to Production as scheduled – assigned and cross supported. Outcome: Successfully delivered to Production as scheduled – assigned and cross supported. Challenges: Ability to articulate what was understood to the team to ensure there is a backup available.
• Delivery & Support (Internal assignments, problem resolutions and out‑scope tasks/requests): Delivered as requested – assigned and cross supported. Completed and exceeded supervisor’s requirement & date. Outcome: Completed and fully met supervisor’s requirement & date. Challenges: Aligning the team and dealing with team members who may have different opinions.
• Delivery & Support (Quality): Consistently deliver quality work with minimal application bugs and 75% of the time independently. Challenge: Ensuring consistent quality during peak times where multiple requests come in at the same time.
