Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Lead Developer / Technical Lead to steer a fast‑moving product development team. This senior role combines hands‑on coding with strategic engineering governance across APAC and beyond.

You will shape the technical direction, ensure secure, scalable delivery, and build reusable patterns and blueprints for faster project execution. You will work on Next.js/React/TypeScript based products, including AI-enabled features, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams (Tech Lead / EM / Head)
• Strong full‑stack delivery using Next.js/React and TypeScript
• Ownership of architecture, governance, testing, and release discipline
• Experience establishing secure engineering foundations and incident response processes

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering across APAC and other markets with clear ownership and standards
• Define and evolve front-end/back-end/API architecture and ensure scalable, secure delivery
• Establish reusable blueprints, templates, and shared services to accelerate projects
• Guide LLM-enabled features with focus on safety, quality, and performance
