Job summary

Lavu Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Full stack Developer to lead backend and collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive, scalable web applications.

You will work with NodeJS/ReactJS, AWS services, and CI/CD practices to optimize performance, security, and UX across screens, while mentoring teammates and aligning with SCRUM ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in back-end development with exposure to front-end is a plus.
• Experience with building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Fluent in Git and CI/CD end-to-end processes.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back-End Development team alongside Front-End, Design and Product teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Plan front-end related projects and design, implement and maintain back-end systems.
• Ensure code and components are reusable, secure, and meet standards.
• Perform code reviews and practice SCRUM ceremonies for projects.
