Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a professional services firm in Malaysia offering accounting, taxation, audit, HR outsourcing and business consulting. The firm helps businesses manage finances, streamline HR, and ensure compliance to support growth and efficiency. Location: Batu Pahat, Johor.

Working hours: Mon - Fri / 9.00am to 6.00pm. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing tax filings, client discussions on compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, value‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax filings.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in client meetings to discuss compliance issues and advisory recommendations.
• Address queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Perform economic or financial analyses to support project deliverables.
• Stay informed on local and international regulatory changes.
• Support junior staff in completing their tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute to the timely execution of projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Provide updates and maintain documentation as required by the Assistant Manager or Manager.
