You will work with managers and partners to advise clients and drive impactful tax solutions.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, mentoring, and building strong client relationships, with growth toward managerial levels within EY's dynamic tax practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Active progress toward a professional accounting certification (CPA/MICPA/ICAEW/ACCA).
• Minimum of 2 years in professional services or tax with demonstrated tax compliance and planning experience.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support managers through partners in providing tax services.
• Balance time between compliance and planning, interacting with clients.
• Build long-term relationships with private entities and UHNW individuals.
• Translate complex data into client-ready insights and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals; review work and provide guidance.
