Respond.io is hiring a Senior Support Operations Specialist to lead Data Analytics, Systems & Automations. You will architect the operational infrastructure, build integrations, and design automated workflows to elevate the customer experience. You will report to the Support Ops Manager and work with autonomy to scale systems from the ground up.

The role emphasizes turning ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions with trusted reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS support ops or similar, with startup exposure.
• Hands-on with QA systems, conversation grading rubrics, calibration models.
• Experience linking support platforms to engineering tools via APIs or iPaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain support quality standards and scoring systems.
• Build automations, integrations, and health checks for workflows.
• Architect dashboards and ensure data integrity for leadership.
