Job summary

Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Supply Chain Optimization to drive continuous improvement across our supply chain operations. You will analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, support system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, inventory visibility and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, business analysis, process improvement or system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ERP, WMS, Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain, warehouse, depot and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process standardisation, SOP development and governance initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements involving ERP, WMS and reporting tools.
• Perform data analysis and develop dashboards to monitor inventory, logistics performance and operational KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate improvement projects, including UAT, implementation, training and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, IT and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
