Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Business Manager (SBM6) to own end-to-end supplier strategies for RF technology products. You will translate product and factory requirements into actionable supply plans, drive capacity, material, and delivery decisions, and lead cross-functional reviews with senior leadership.

You will establish supplier scorecards, manage recovery from shortages, and identify multi-tier risks while mentoring colleagues in structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, supplier management, materials, planning, procurement, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience with RF, electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or similar complex supplier categories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply strategy and operating plan for assigned suppliers, commodities, and product families.
• Lead shortage recovery, commit management, and escalation for critical materials; establish owners and dates.
• Establish supplier scorecards and operating cadences covering delivery, lead times, quality, and cost.
