Job summary

Biomed Global is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, to lead end-to-end operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize costs. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement across warehouse and fleet functions.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO practices, cold-chain integrity, and documentation for audits while coordinating with 3PLs and internal QA/RA teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field-appropriate.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics/fleet management in regulated industries.
• Experience with GDPMD, ISO 13485 or similar standards is preferred.
• Proven cost-control, budgeting and negotiation experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse, logistics and fleet operations.
• Maintain GDPMD-compliant warehouse environment and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cycle counts, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and couriers for outbound shipments.
• Monitor KPI performance: accuracy, delivery, space utilization, costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization (WMS, barcode scanning).
• Manage manpower planning and team development.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
