Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality and supplier quality.
• Demonstrated ability to influence through ways of working.
• Technical background with strong process thinking.
• Understanding/experience with APQP.
• Experience with manufacturing process development and validation.
• Experience with transfer of manufacturing lines and product designs.
• Experience working in a diverse, cross-function matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier base from a Quality perspective.
• Oversee life cycle processes of supplier maturity and qualifications.
• Maintain supplier qualifications for SQ elements.
• Ensure control plans are kept up to date.
• Conduct audits for AVL and part qualification.
• Oversee IQC at the manufacturing site and at other suppliers.
• Facilitate LCM processes between ITEC and suppliers.
• Support supply chain movements between suppliers.
• Represent the supplier voice in ITEC business.
• Manage the SCAR process through 8D.
• Demonstrate ISO 9001 knowledge and act as on-site go-to person for on-site quality.
