Job summary

Flex Ltd in Batu Kawan, Penang, seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier development and quality improvements across manufacturing processes. You will work with suppliers to implement controls, PPAP and audit activities to ensure robust quality performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality. You will contribute to PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier development and quality assurance activities.
• Lead PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan development for new and existing suppliers.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier performance meets ISO standards.
