Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in purchasing, strong English communication, and experience with ERP systems. The role emphasizes process improvement and compliance within a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in administrative or purchasing & sourcing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and terms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Own supplier relationships and monitor cost, service levels, and risk.
• Lead quarterly/annual business reviews with key suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve order issues, delays, and invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Legal to standardize contracts and processes.
• Support reporting on procurement activity and spend.
