You will drive integration and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes to achieve stable yield and robust margins while introducing new SiC power technologies into high-volume production.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Technology Development, Transfer, and NPI, with emphasis on DOE studies, process control, and MRB involvement.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry as a FE Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer.
• Solid understanding of Front-End Wafer Fabrication and device physics (PN diodes, MOSFETs).
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to communicate in English.
