Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance Molding to manage molding-related maintenance, monitor TPM systems, and support assembly line efficiency.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering and over 5 years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing, with strong communication and leadership abilities to guide technicians.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• More than 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry, expert in molding preferable.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.

Responsibilities

• Spare parts management on usage, budget control, and cost reductions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE and MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Support production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
• Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
