Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager Maintenance within the Manufacturing and Operations team. You will ensure module machine stability, lead maintenance teams, and drive improvements to sustain reliable uptime.

The role focuses on managing maintenance costs, implementing TPM initiatives, and coordinating with manufacturing, quality and engineering to achieve operational excellence. A strong background in maintenance leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Relevant vocational training (minimum 3 years) with extensive subject-specific qualifications.
• Completed degree programme of 4 years with subject-specific qualifications, or >4 years.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall module machine stability and technician competency.
• Sustain and drive machine and tooling improvement initiatives.
• Execute scheduled equipment maintenance activities on time and comprehensively.
• Manage maintenance costs while ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and drive machine innovation and TPM initiatives (e.g., Perfect Tool Setup).
• Coordinate safety, health and environment activities and audits.
