Job summary

Gen in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and evolve the infrastructure powering MoneyLion’s applications. You will work across cloud, Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, observability, and automation to ensure highly available, scalable, secure platforms as the business grows.

You will partner with software and security teams, lead automation initiatives, mentor engineers, and help set engineering best practices across the org.

Qualifications

• Strong software and systems engineering fundamentals in production systems.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud-native infrastructure experience.
• Kubernetes architecture, networking, workloads, security, and operations.
• IaC with Terraform and automated workflows.
• CI/CD and GitOps practices with GitHub Actions or similar.
• Observability with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and continually improve scalable infrastructure.
• Operate cloud infra and Kubernetes platforms with focus on reliability and security.
• Develop and improve IaC, CI/CD, and GitOps to empower teams.
• Collaborate with security and engineering to ensure best practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards and upgrades.
