Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Support reliability stress and electrical test operation process improvement task force, perform risk assessment for the failure to meet customer requirement
- Reliability data and result analysis, update of test status to cross functional teams
- Implement good cost control, productivity improvement and process continuous improvement projects
- Use technical knowledge to support operations goals, ensure TAT and KPIs are met, assuring the efficient operation of a variety of processes
- Help to collect and verify basic electrical test information to validate the 8D report submitted by PE for consistency and meet the requirement
- Coordinate cross functional projects and activities with counterparts local and abroad on time within budget
- Participate and collaborate working with reliability engineering regarding reliability problems
- Provide technical advice and guidance to technicians
- Participate in 8D efforts
- Plan to coordinate execution jobs to ensure in‑time execution
- Oversee operational daily tasks to ensure fulfillment of KPI target and clients’ expectations on full turnkey solution
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Degree in relevant fields of Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Physics or Materials
- Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in semiconductor reliability engineering or an equivalent field
- Experience in reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC
- Knowledge of JEDEC, AEC‑100 and other relevant reliability standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead and organize projects
- Ability to work well independently and in cross‑functional teams
