Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Solution Architect in Malaysia to support Infrastructure Solutions and collaborate with regional engineering teams. The role focuses on translating client needs into technical designs and building robust proposals for data center projects.

The candidate will lead cross functional collaboration, document requirements with precision, and ensure alignment with Vertiv’s strategic priorities while maintaining strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Around 7 years of experience in Data center projects.
• Around 5 years of experience in overall design works.
• Good understanding about Data center design works.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in writing functional requirements and documenting designs.
• Basic experience with Revit or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
• Effective team member, consistent positive attitude, creativity.

Responsibilities

• Produce preliminary design concepts by converting clients business needs to technical solutions

• Review tenser documents and make sure proposed solution captures all requirements
• Develop technical proposals and support commercial packages
• Work with cross functional teams to select correct products to IS solutions

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering or related degree

• Around 5 years of experience in overall design works
