Job summary

Kardex Group in Kuala Lumpur invites a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. Based in the Petaling Jaya area, you will design, build, test and deploy robust backend systems for Kardex WES platform, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural decisions while embracing SDLC, CI/CD, and agile practices in a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience with MSSQL or PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Your primary mission will be to ensure the stability, scalability, and robustness of our in-house solutions that orchestrate complex warehouse operations.
