• 10+ years in .NET development with leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of clean code, SOLID principles, and best practices.
• Experience with APIs, unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and align tech with business goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
