Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team supporting decision-support applications for Supply Chain organization. The developer will work closely with the Technical Lead and other stakeholders to understand the current-state architecture, define future-state solutions, and design, develop, test, document, and implement high-quality software features. As a member of an Agile/Scrum team, the Software Developer will participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing application architecture, technical designs, and code to understand the current state.
• Work with the Technical Lead to define and document future-state architecture and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software features and enhancements.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database components.
• Design and maintain relational database models and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and established software design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide effective technical solutions.

About you

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in both backend and frontend development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Framework, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server development, stored procedures and database functions, relational database modeling, Object‑Oriented Programming, and Object‑Oriented Design Patterns.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and database concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality features for business applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand existing systems and translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
