Job summary

UST Global is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team supporting decision‑support applications for the Supply Chain organization. You will work with the Technical Lead and stakeholders to design, develop, test, document, and implement high‑quality software features across the SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional software development experience, strong C#, .NET, T‑SQL, and SQL Server skills, plus hands‑on experience in OOP, MVC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server development, stored procedures and database functions.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and database concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality features for business applications.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Responsibilities

• Review existing application architecture and code to understand the current state.
• Define and document future-state architecture and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software features and enhancements.
• Develop applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components.
• Design and maintain relational database models and ensure data integrity.
• Apply OOP principles and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide solutions.
