Infineon Technologies AG in Malacca City is looking for a professional with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years’ experience in SMT or PCBA manufacturing. The role focuses on troubleshooting and enhancing processes to ensure high-quality electronics manufacturing.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills in SMT processes, hands-on ability with AOI/SPI equipment, and familiarity with data analytics and Industry4.0 solutions. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years' working experience in SMT or PCBA manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with AOI/SPI equipment.
• Knowledge of MES/IoT systems is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment and collaborate with teams for process improvement.
• Generate and update documents related to production processes.
• Lead problem-solving teams using statistical tools.
