Job summary

BeOne is seeking a (Senior) Associate to develop accurate site budgets for BeOne-sponsored trials, ensuring FMV compliance, using BeOne rate cards and benchmarking tools. You will partner with Clinical Operations and finance colleagues to deliver budgets from protocol inception through close-out.

You will lead complex budget analyses, model scenarios, and provide governance-ready deliverables for committees, while mentoring junior associates and helping refine templates, guidance, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in finance, business, clinical research or related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience in FMV benchmarking and site budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop trial- and country-level site budgets in line with industry standards and local requirements.
• Lead complex site budget development and analysis, including scenario modeling.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to process improvements and templates.
