Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Regional Clinical Operations Lead to oversee regional studies and external partners. You will drive timelines, budget, inspection readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve program goals. You will manage regional vendors and align with global study plans while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP standards.

The role requires leadership experience in clinical operations, regional coordination, and travel as needed to support sites and investigators across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline is required; higher degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry.
• Proven experience as a team lead in clinical functions.
• Experience as a CRA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical operations team and external vendors.
• Ensure study timelines, budgets, and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regional study updates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and TMF quality; audit readiness.
• Collaborate on global study plans and regional adaptations.
