Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Regional Clinical Operations Lead in Kuala Lumpur to manage study delivery and regional operations. You will lead a team, oversee external partners, and ensure timelines, quality, and regulatory alignment for oncology-focused trials.

This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in clinical research within biotech/pharma or CROs, with team leadership experience and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required; Higher Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry.
• Experience as a team lead in clinical functions; CRA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical operations team and external vendors for study delivery.
• Ensure study timelines, inspection readiness and budgeting within the region.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, local adaptations and TMF QC for region.
• Provide updates to senior management and Global CST on regional study progress.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally to share learnings.
