Job summary

Dassault Systèmes Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Simulation Applications Engineer to articulate the value of SOLIDWORKS Simulation for design validation in the Kuala Lumpur region. You will engage customers with FEA-driven insights, drive PoCs, and identify expansion opportunities in ASEAN markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil/Structural, or similar.
• 7–10 years of experience in FEA/simulation with customer-facing consulting or presales.
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS CAD and hands-on FEA skills (linear static, modal, thermal, nonlinear, dynamic).
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and on-premise deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Articulates and demonstrates the value of SOLIDWORKS Simulation to customers.
• Executes account reviews, business impact assessments, and PoC projects, with a focus on expansion opportunities
• Collaborates with VAR partners and the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to align on account and deal strategy
• Runs onboarding sessions, webinars, and enablement content to drive customer and VAR engagement with SOLIDWORKS Simulation
• Shares best-in-class FEA and SOLIDWORKS Simulation expertise with the partner and customer community through demos and hands-on sessions
