Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) seeks a hands-on engineer to design and build internal web apps and dashboards with Vue front ends and Python back ends. You will own CI/CD pipelines, containerize services, and deploy on Kubernetes while managing Azure-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities include data store design with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, plus integrating agentic AI tooling to streamline triage and automation. Strong Linux, Git, and security practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development and REST API design experience.
• Front-end skills with Vue, HTML, CSS; capable of shipping internal tools end-to-end.
• Deep CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins; pipeline-as-code.
• Production Docker and Kubernetes knowledge; manage deployments and issues.
• Experience with Azure VM provisioning, networking, storage, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web apps and dashboards using Python back ends and Vue front ends.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation; ensure quality gates.
• Containerize services and deploy on Kubernetes; manage cloud infra on Azure.
• Design data stores with PostgreSQL and MongoDB; perform tuning and migrations.
• Integrate AI tooling to reduce manual toil and improve observability.
