Job summary

Experian is hiring a Senior Service Design & Transition Manager to drive hands-on leadership across service design, transition, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on scalable, supportable services, SaaS transformations, and service governance across EMEA & APAC, reporting to the Head of Service Governance.

This senior individual contributor position emphasizes collaboration over direct people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in service design, transition, delivery, or governance within SaaS/cloud/tech environments.
• Experience designing and governing service models, SLAs, and operational commitments.
• Experience leading operational readiness and service transition activities for new products or transformations.
• Identify operational gaps, evaluate supportability risks, and drive remediation before acceptance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-country collaboration skills across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define service models, SLAs, OLAs, and governance standards.
• Lead transition of new services, ensuring readiness and smooth handover.
• Strengthen governance and drive measurable service improvements.
• Coordinate service upgrades and transformation initiatives across regions.
• Apply knowledge of software delivery, cloud, and security risk to assess readiness.
