Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related IT experience, with project leadership preferred.
• Familiar with basic network and storage concepts; proficient with VMware vCenter/ESXi.
• Experience with Huawei, Dell, Cisco hardware and storage devices.
• Proficient in Linux server configuration and maintenance.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Shell.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix/Prometheus); Zabbix integration is a plus.
• Experience with web servers (Nginx, HaProxy, Tomcat).
• Data center operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of application systems and SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and optimize system performance.
• Manage VMware vCenter/ESXi and storage systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize server systems.
• Handle production change requests and disaster recovery testing.
• Monitor systems and manage alerts to ensure high availability.
• Develop and optimize operational tools for automation.
• Apply ITIL framework for standardized operations.
• Support new DC project initiatives.
